Jiangsu Saifutian Steel Rope Co., Ltd. was established in June 2005. The company has inherited more than 60 years of experience in wire rope manufacturing and is a leading domestic supplier of special wire ropes. It focuses on the research and development, production and sales of elevator wire ropes and lifting wire ropes. It is one of the largest elevator wire rope manufacturers in China.

In order to meet the development needs of the company, several operators are recruited. The relevant matters are as follows:

1. Junior high school or above, 18-42 years old for males and 18-35 years old for females.

2. Healthy, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, no tattoos, no obvious scars, no congenital genetic diseases (such as heart disease, epilepsy, etc.), no infectious diseases, and can adapt to shift work.

3. Working hours: Three-shift work system (8 hours per shift), two-shift work system (12 hours per shift), one shift per week.

4. Salary and benefits: After conversion, the piece-rate system will be implemented. Work more and earn more. Work normally 5 days a week. Overtime work on Saturdays and Sundays will be settled separately. The monthly comprehensive income is more than 5,000 yuan.

5. The company includes accommodation, a working meal, and activity rooms such as a canteen, bathroom, library, basketball court, and gym.

6. The company pays social security provident fund, and distributes holiday gifts every year and holidays, and enjoys subsidies for mid-night shifts and high temperature subsidies.
