Newest rope closing machine named KS18/900 successfully passed the installation, commissioning and acceptance, and was officially put into production in 2022/3/1.
KS18/900 is mainly used to produce multi-strand steel wire ropes with 20~60mm diameters. The maximum length of 60mm parallel-twist multi-strand ropes can be settled up to 1500 meters. This kind of steel wire rope is mainly used in huge construction machinery.
For example, crawler cranes with 20 ~ 40mm steel wire rope, which are popular in the crane industry, are all use such kind of diameters steel wire ropes.
Such products are filling the gaps in the domestic wire rope manufacturing industry and are gradually replacing imported products of the same category.
